- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So I am at the doctor's office Dr. Kay Oso to get a yearly physical and he states that if he fills my blood pressure prescription that he has to charge me an office visit as well as charge me insurance for my physical. This seems fraudulent to me. He then refused to see me if I didn't see him for a blood pressure visit and pay him 87.50 for the appointment.July 04, 2017by Deborah Miller
