- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible customer service all around. I have a student loan through them and the entire process was a nightmare. I have taken out loans for cars, boats, houses and businesses, their application process was by far the most complicated. I attempted to open an online bank account to pay the loan but that was also a disaster. Three weeks later still don't have an account number, and they wont give it to you over the phone. I am accelerating payments on this loan to get away from this bank. Not worth the slightly lower interest rate.January 16, 2017by Gloria Cobalt
