- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can't describe what a wonderful experience this was for my daughter. As a child who had experienced dental trauma at our last dentist she is now happy and willing to go to Dr. Caswell. The office is bright and clean. All of the children seem to be so happy to be there. The Staff is very bright and upbeat. The office was well designed with the TV above the chair and sufficient space for the parent to observe. My daughter loves the coin rewards system and even after an extraction quickly stopped crying to claim her prizes from the machine. One part that is really awesome is that they have good explanations of what is going to happen in non scary language. The extraction was "hugging" the tooth etc. It helps keep my daughter calm and smiling through needles crowns fillings, you name it. This office is a breath of fresh air!!!
