- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called Dr. Silverboard's office three times to schedule an appointment fro my grandfather based on Dr. Cohn's recommendation. I left two messages on the machine to schedule an appointment. However, no return call. On ,my third attempt, I actually got a live person, although constantly putting me on hold until she finally came back and said "the phones are crazy, can I call you back in THREE minutes". No call back. I then scheduled with another doctor. You think that would be the end of it. Nope! My grandfather then received some medication shipped to his home. No doctor's information or anything. After having called multiple numbers to find out where the medication came from, Dr. Silverboard has prescribed it. How does a doctor who has never seen a patient and have no patient information send medication to the home ,of someone suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia, medication without notifying anyone.
