- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Omg, this office is poorly ran! You have to call at least 10 times to get one of the secretaries to answer. Then when you finally get in you have to deal with this WIGGER chic that sits at the front desk. This lady is loud, and rude, she makes personal phone calls right at the front desk (midtown) location and you can hear all her ghetto business. I've also experienced this same girl at the south Cobb office & she was just as bad. Dr. Brown please do better, there are many hardwokers out here who need jobs, and will act professional when repesenting your establishment. Hiring staff like this tarnish's your reputation and is BAD FOR BUSINESS!!May 31, 2017by gamer67
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance. I show up at the office and was told that the doctors were not in because of an "emergency." Obviously my first question was "why didn't you call me?" The rude front desk woman let me know that somebody called and left a voicemail. Her undertones made me feel like she was saying "you're an idiot and didn't check your voicemail." I never received a voicemail or phone call, and the way she handled this situation was so unprofessional. Don't worry - she asked if I wanted to reschedule. NOT A CHANCE. I'm very thankful that I will be going to a different doctor, because I do not think this is a quality office and I would not have wanted their medical advice.December 26, 2016by Meghan Jones
