  I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to after my experience. I had my new patient visit today and was left waiting for an hour and a half. When I asked the front desk how much longer it would be, I was told that it shouldn't be much longer but it's unpredictable since Dr. Yu may need to spend more time discussing her findings once she's completed her examination. If this is the case, then more time should be allotted for each patient's visit and scheduled accordingly. I decided to cancel my appointment and leave at that point since I could no longer wait to see the doctor. There was no apology. I find it disappointing and non-productive to have spent so much time in the waiting room to ultimately leave. I think it's extremely disrespectful to have no consideration for the patient's time and will not be returning to this office.
