- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to the office of Dr. Ambroze to become a new patient. The first time there I was required to fill out new patient information forms. When called by the nurse(?) I was called by an entirely different last name. I explained they were not using my correct name. After waiting about 15 minutes for Dr. Wayne Ambroze, he arrived to simply greet me, also calling me by the WRONG name. With out any contact, other than shaking hands, and absolutely no exam, he directed me to another person for a paper handout explaining the colonoscopy procedure. I was told that another person would call me to make an apppointment. In my opinion, his office, and the doctor himself, are very disorganized and lack any semblance of professionalism. Since they were unable to correct something as simple as my last name, 10 minutes after telling them what it was on five separate sheets of paper, I chose not to allow Dr. Ambroze to perform any procedure on myself. My insurance company told me that Dr. Ambroze has sent them (and me) a bill for $400.00. I called his billing service and they said, yes, he charges everyone for meeting him whether a procedure is performed or not. I have reported Dr. Wayne Ambroze to the proper authorities for fraud and abuse. Do yourself a favor and do NOT employ Dr. Wayne Ambroze as your physician.January 10, 2017by Uriah Hanover
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible! Such a jerk. I was very nervous to have him "check things out." (I'm a female in my early 20's and went to see him alone.) He stood there blank faced and told me he had to or I needed to leave. Then he undercut my dire pain by saying on a scale of 1-10, mine was a "mild 2." Needless to say, I ran out of there in tears and will NOT be returning. Empathy goes a long way. However, the nurses deserve five stars.November 26, 2016by Kenzie Winn
