- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give a negative star I would. This is the most unprofessional State Farm office we have experience. They have given me and my husband multiple quotes that have turned out to be incorrect and whenever we reach out to address the difference in price in their quote and the actual bill that we receive they back track and state that they did not state that price point. The last straw was when Ms/Mrs Amber Johnson who is supposedly the manager called my husband "slow and retarded" and insisted that something was wrong with him because he keeps calling to address our bill.
