  The service I received from this office fulfilled the definition of negligence. I requested a review of my bill upon my policy renewal. I was never able to get in touch with Mr. Edwards. Someone who worked in the office named Claudia was as far as I ever got. She agreed to look into the increase and gave me some options to decrease my bill. I informed her that I would wait to pay until this was straightened out which she never once said I shouldn't do. I followed some of the ideas they gave me, took a driver's class, and contacted the agent. She informed me that she was still looking into it. A few weeks and messages left later I finally get a return call where she responds as if she has no idea who I am or of any discussion we've had until this point informing me that my policy is late and I need to make a payment immediately. At this point I call Allstate to switch agents hoping for someone that will actually talk to me and let me know what's going on. The new agent informs me that before he could do anything the policy was terminated. So here I am with a lapse on my insurance history that will cost me at least 3000 dollars over time. Ironically I was drawn to Allstate originally for their competitive pricing. Please don't make the same mistake I have. Do not choose this agent for your insurance.
